肠功能恢复汤的临床应用

The Application of the Decoction of Intestinal Function Recovery

目的 :术后早期使用肠功能恢复汤 ,提高围手术期的治疗效果。方法 :选择 12 80例胃肠道术后患者 ,在4 8h后予以中药鼻饲、灌肠 ,促使尽早排气 ,排便 ,恢复肠功能。结果 :12 80例患者中 ,用 1剂中药即排气的 987例 ,占77.1% ,用 2剂～ 3剂恢复占 2 2 .9%。全组病人无严重并发症。结论 :术后早期使用肠功能恢复汤 ,具有提高围手术期治疗效果 ,预防肠源性感染及术后粘连性肠梗阻的发生 。

Purpose To research the value of early taking the decoction of intestinal function recovery for improving per-operational period curative effect. Methods 48 hours later, 1 280 cases patients who accepted gastrointestinal operation were given enema or nasal feeding to promote intestinal function recovery. Results There were 987 cases, about 77.1 %, exsufflated after only 1 decoction. 22.9 % after 2 or 3 decoction. Conclusion To take the decoction of intestinal function recovery early after operation, can improve per-operational period curative effect, prevent enterogenous infection and adhesive ileus, improve life quality.
