对老年患者的氨茶碱血药浓度监测

An Analysis of Blood Aminophylline Concentration Monitoring in Elder Patients

目的 :分析老年人氨茶碱使用情况及血药浓度监测结果。方法 :对 4 7例老年患者 (≥ 6 0岁 )氨茶碱血药浓度监测结果进行回顾性分析。结果 :老年人氨茶碱血药浓度个体化差异大。血药浓度在治疗浓度范围内 (10μg/ m L～ 2 0μg/ m L )的为 16例 ,只占 34.0 % ;<10μg/ m L的为 16例 ,占 34.0 % ;>2 0μg/ m L的为 15例 ,占 31.9% ,几乎各占 1/ 3。结论

Objective To give some information for rational adminstration of aminophylline for elder patients in clinic. Methods We analyzed the therapeutic drug monitoring data of aminophylline in 47 elder patients. Results 16 patients kept their blood aminophylline concentration among 10 μg/mL^20 μg/mL, accounting for 34.0% of total patients observed. Other 16 patients whose blood drug concentration was below 10 μg/mL, accounting for 34.0 %. Blood drug concentration of 15 cases was more than 20 μg/mL, accounting for 31.9 %. Conclusions The administration of aminophylline for elder patients must be based on the data of drug concentration in blood, the other factors must be also considered.
