Experiences on Uterine Tubal Liquid Poking Under Vaginal Ultrasonography

目的 :探讨阴道超声行子宫输卵管通液术的临床价值。方法 :对我院 2 0 0 3年 2月至 2 0 0 3年 10月 4 0例不孕女性经阴道超声行子宫输卵管通液术的临床资料进行分析。结果 :结合超声图像和推药阻力大小 ,初步总结了诊断标准。结论 :阴道超声观察子宫输卵管通液为不孕症的诊断和治疗提供了简便 ,安全 ,实用 ,无创伤的方法。

Purpose To research the clinical value of uterine tubal liquid poking under vaginal ultrasonography. Methods The data of acyesis women who accepted uterine tubal liquid poking under vaginal ultrasonography in our hospital from Feb.2003 to Oct.2003 were analyzed retrospectively. Results We sum out our experiences from ultrasonography imaging and the operations. Conclusion The operation of uterine tubal liquid poking under vaginal ultrasonography provide a safe brief practical and non-invasive method for the diagnosis and treatment of acyesis.
