Scientific Development Should Strengthen the Moral Evaluation of the Power Institution

社会上在某种程度上出现了权力主体道德失偏、社会道德评价失范、道德教育失策的问题,道德评判显得弱化,在一些失常现象中,发挥不了道德重拳的作用。鉴于此,在新的发展中,应抓住发展的人文实质,落实发展的求真精神,增强发展的民主观念,强化发展的执政道德。

To a certain degree, there appear in our society the moral degradation of the power institution and the poor evaluation of social morals and moral education, which leads to some negative consequences. To solve these problems in the process of development, we should understand the nature of cultural development, seek truth from facts, strengthen the democratic concept on development and improve our morals related to administration.
