目的:测定乳酸钙口服液中维生素 VD_2的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法正相精制反相分离的方法。结果:其线性范围0.5～1.5ug/ml,平均回收率为96.52%(RSD=2.88%)。结论:该方法简便快速,结果准确可靠。

Objective:Determine VD 2 of vitamin in the oral liquid of calcium lactate,Method: Adopt the refined method that is being separated of high—efficient liquid phase,Results:Its 0 lin- ear ranges.5～1.5 ug/mls,the rate of recovery is 96 on average.52% (RSD=2.88%).Conclu- sion:This method is simple and convenient and fast,it is reliable that the result is accurate.
