Study on the influence of harvest times on the contents of pyrocactechol form the leaves of salix babylonical L.

目的:分析不同采收期柳叶中邻苯二酚的含量,并考察其变化规律,为柳叶的采收质量评价提供依据。方法:采集不同时期的柳叶,用分光光度法测定柳叶中邻苯二酚的含量。结果:7～8月柳叶中邻苯二酚含量最高。结论,采收期是影响柳叶中邻苯二酚含量的重要因素。

Objective:To investigate the content variation of pyrocactechol from the leaves of Salix babylonical L.collected at different times and demonstrated a basis to the quality valuation and collecting for the leaves of Salix babylonica L.Methods:The contents of procactechol from the leaves of Salix babylonical L.collected at different times were determined by UV/Visible Spectrophotometry.Results:The contents of pyrocactechol from the leaves of Salix babylonica L. is best high form July to august.Conclusion:Harvest times appeared to be the crucial factors for the leaves of salix babylonica L.on the content of pyrocactechol.
