目的:建立黄芪多糖口服液的质量标准。方法:通过薄层色谱法进行鉴别;通过紫外分光光度法进行含量测定。结果:通过薄层色谱法进行鉴别,结论合格;通过紫外分光光度法进行含量测定,暂定本品含量以葡萄糖计,每 ml 不少于7.0mg。结论:该法操作简便,结果准确、可靠。

Objective to determine quality standards of radix astragali polysacchride oral liq- uid.Methods to differentiate by TLC;to determine content by UV Results to differentiate by TLC,the rdsults is up to standard;to determine content by UV,the content of gluconate is no less than 7.0mg/ml.Conclusion the established is accuracy,sensitive and simple.
