Reduce Rubber Clipping and Increase Limpid Degree of the Rubber Stopples

目的:为了保证成品药品的澄明度,寻找控制胶屑产生的原因。方法:分别从设备、人员、材质三个不同方面进行考察,找出造成胶屑的主要原因,改进设备,强化人员培训,配合厂家寻找好的工艺配方。结论:通过改进使胶屑占毛点百分率由原来78.9%降到66.52%;每次平均胶屑个数由4.08降至2.07。

Objective:Ensure the of the lucidity of the finished leechdom,find out the causa- tion that cause the rubber clipping.Method:Make researches on the facilities,operators and mate- rials separately to find out the causation that cause the rubber clipping.Improve facilities, strengthen the training of the operators and help the factory to ameliorate the technics.Results: By improving the technics,the percentage of the rubber clipping has dropped from 78.9% to 66. 52%.The average amount of the rubber clipping has dropped from 4.08 to 2.07 at a time.
