目的:使洗过的空瓶质量能够合乎 GMP 要求。方法:采用毛刷式洗瓶机及超声波式洗瓶机洗瓶,加以比较。结果:超声波洗瓶机洗过的空瓶质量远好于毛刷洗瓶机。结论:粉针剂所使用的西林瓶应采用超声洗瓶技术从而保证粉针制剂质量。

Objective.To make the quality of washed empty vial complies with GMP require- ment.Method:Compare Brush Washing-vial Machine with Vhrasonic Washing-vial Machine.Re- sult:The quality used Vhrasonia Machine is much better than Brush Machine.Conclusion.Vhra- sonic Washing-vial Machine should be used during the dosage production to insure the quality of finished product.
