布洛芬口腔崩解片的制备及质量检查

Preparation and Quality of Ibuprofen Orally Disintegrating Tablets

采用正交设计筛选布洛芬口腔崩解片的处方并考察片剂质量。所得优化处方为(%):交联羧甲纤维素钠6、枸橼酸0.5、吐温-800.02、香精2,氯化钠2、阿斯巴甜3、微粉硅胶1、硬脂酸镁0.5。所得片剂30s内完全崩解,3min释药80%以上,口感良好。

The orthogonal design was used to optimize the formulation of ibuprofen orally disintegrating tablets, andquality of prepared tablets was examined. Besides ibuprofen, the tablets were composed of crosslinked carboxymethyl-cellulose sodium 6%, citric acid 0.5%, Tween-80 0.02%, essence 2%,chloride sodium 2%, aspartame 3%, colloidalsilicon dioxide 1%,magnesium stearate 0.5%. The prepared tablets disintegrated completely in 30s, dissolved more than80% in 3min and taste fine.
