摘要 采用Gran沉淀电位滴定法测定盐酸曲马多及片剂的含量。平均回收率为98.3%,RSD0.58%。测定结果与中国药典2000版的非水滴定法和UV法所得结果一致。 A Gran potentiometric titration method for determination of tramadol hydrochloride and its tablets wasestablished. The average recovery was 98.3% with RSD of 0.58%. The results showed that this method was comparable withthe Ch.P. methods of non-aqueous titrimetry and UV spectrometry.
