摘要
在酸性条件下,沙丁胺醇(1)可与高锰酸钾产生化学发光,因此建立了流动注射化学发光法测定1片和气雾剂的含量。方法检测限为60ng/ml,1在0.2~80mg/ml浓度范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系(r>0.99),方法精密度为1.4%,所得结果与药典方法测得值一致。
A chemiluminescence method for determination of salbutamol tablets and aerosol by flow injectiontechnique was established. It was based on the chemiluminescence reaction of KMnO4-salbutamol in acidic medium. Thedetection limit was 60ng/ml. The calibration curves were linear in the concentration range of 0.2~80mg/ml(r>0.99). TheRSD was 1.4%. The results showed that the method was comparable with the Ch.P. method.
