通过阐述知识经济时代的新型人才的内涵和特征,说明了人的成长、发展过程以及全面教育的概念,最后,重点论述了高等教育如何迎接知识经济时代的挑战.
The paper states the feature and connotation of high-tech personnel in knowledge economic era.It comments briefly on the reform of high education in order to meet the chellenge of the society based on the growth of personnel and compretensive education.
