通过对影响工业锅炉蒸汽温度主要因素的分析 ,并与传统的单回路控制和串级控制进行比较 ,介绍了用模糊控制算法改进工业锅炉炉温控制的原理、具体实施策略和投运的结果。实际使用表明 :该算法实用、可靠、精度高 。

Through the analysis on main factors affecting steam temperature of industrial boiler and the comparison between conventional single loop control and cascade control, the principle practical implementing strategy and operation resuit of the improving method by using fuzzy control algorithm are introduced. The practical operation shows that the algorthm is reliable and precise and meets the requirment of operation.
