鼻内筛窦切除术并发症的原因及预防

CAUSES AND PREVENTION OF COMPLICATION IN INTRANASAL ETHMOIDECTOMY

目的 探讨内镜鼻窦手术 (FESS)并发症的相关因素。方法 FESS手术 84例 ,在严格规定其手术适应证和手术范围的情况下 ,对并发症进行分析。结果 本组发生并发症 7例 ,发生率 8.2 %。其中麻痹性外斜视 2例 ,眼眶血肿 2例 ,原发性鼻出血 2例 ,继发性鼻出血致休克 1例。结论 FESS并发症发生率较低 ,且都比较轻微 ,无严重并发症 ,这与手术切除局限 ,医生有较好的筛窦手术基础有关。

Objective To approach the related complications of functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS). Methods The complication of 84 FESS were reported. The complications were discussed within the fixed indication and the resection extent. Results Of all the patients,7 cases had complications including paralysed extropia in 2 cases, hemorrhage in 3 cases and orbital hematoma in 2 cases. Conclusion The lower rate of complication of FESS is related to limited resection.FESS is a safe procedure in experienced hands.
