摘要
目的 观察康灵饮对氢化可的松所致肾虚小鼠的保护作用。方法 将康灵饮分为高 (4 0g·kg-1)、中 (2 0 g·kg-1)、低 (10 g·kg-1)剂量组 ,小鼠灌胃给药 ,1周后肌内注射氢化可的松造成肾虚。测体质量、体温、常压缺氧环境下的存活时间、负重游泳及脾脏系数。结果 康灵饮能抑制肾虚小鼠体质量和体温的下降 ,尤对体温明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;能提高肾虚小鼠常压缺氧环境中的存活时间 ,高剂量组显著(P <0 .0 5 ) ;能增加肾虚小鼠负重游泳时间 ,且有剂量依赖性 ,高、中剂量组明显(P <0 .0 5 ) ;增加肾虚小鼠的脾系数 (P <0 .0 1和 P <0 .0 5 )。
Objective To observe Chinese traditional medicine's protection to the mice with tonifying kidney induced by hydrocortisone. Methods Stomach perfuse separately high(40g·Kg -1), middle (20g·Kg -1) and low(10g·Kg -1) dose of Kanglingyin to mice, after a week of injecting hydrocortisone into muscle to get a tonifying kidney and then measure quality, temperature, survival time in the condition of natural pressure and deficient oxygen, swimming time with burden and the index of spleen of mice.Results Kanglingyin could restrain the fall of body quality and temperature, especially temperature (P<0.05);could enhance the survival time in the condition of natural pressure and deficient oxygen and high dose group all the more notable(P<0.05);could raise the swimming time with burden, high and middle dose obvious(P<0.05),which appeared dose dependence and could raise the index of spleen (P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusions Kanglingyin can protect the mice with tonifying kidney.
