高校科研评价现状与完善途径探析

Discussion of present situation and perfection methods on universities' evaluation of S&T

当前高校科研评价中存在的不合理的科研成果计量办法、利益导向机制、成果考核指标,乃至不合理的高校排名和学科排名等问题,对高校科研工作产生了负面影响。必须进一步改革高校科研评价体制,促进科研评价的科学化。

There are some problems that lie in the existing evaluation of S&T in university, such as unreasonable method of measuring productions of S&T, the mechanism of benefit-oriented, the examining index of productions, and even the unreasonable university rank and discipline rank etc, which have a negative influence on university's research work. So it is necessary to reform system of evaluating S&T in university in order to promote scientificity of evaluating S&T.
