0.1%他扎罗汀凝胶接触治疗寻常痤疮疗效观察

Investigation on the Efficacy of 0.1% Tazarotene Gel in Treatment of Patients with Acne Vulgaris

目的 :观察 0 1 %他扎罗汀凝胶短期接触治疗轻、中度面部寻常痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法 :采用随机、平行对照的临床研究方法 ,入选病例外涂试验药物 ,每天 2次 ,疗程 1 2周。结果 :治疗组疗后 2、4、8、1 2周的有效率分别为 2 4%、40 %、60 %、68% ;对照组分别为 1 9 2 % (P =0 63 1 )、2 3 1 %(P =0 1 75 )、3 0 8% (P =0 0 3 4)、3 0 8% (P =0 0 0 8)。结论 :0 1 %他扎罗汀凝胶短期接触治疗轻中度面部寻常痤疮疗效好 ,不良反应轻 ,有较好的耐受性。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of 0.1% tazarotene gel short-contact therapy adopted in treatment of mild or moderate facial acne. Methods:A randomized, parallel controlled clinical study was conducted. The patients were treated topically with trial drug, twice-daily (morning and evening) for 12 weeks. Results:Results showed that the effective rates were 24%,40%,60% and 68% respectively in study group at 2,4,8 and 12 weeks. In control group, the effective rates were 19.2% (P=0.631, compared to the study group), 23.1% (P=0.175), 30.8% (P=0.034) and 30.8% (P=0.008) respectively. Conclusion:Short-contact treatment of 0.1% tazarotene gel for mild to moderate facial acne was effective, safe and well tolerated.
