The Clinical Investigation on Reiter's Syndrome (Report of 5 cases)

目的 :了解Reiter综合征的临床特点。方法 :回顾分析近 1 0年来在我院住院的Reiter综合征患者的临床表现、实验室检查、影像学特点、治疗经过及预后 ,并结合文献分析。结果 :共 5例患者 ,均为男性 ,年龄 2 6岁～ 3 4岁 ,平均 2 9 8岁。完全型Reiter综合征 1例 ,不完全型 4例 ;均有婚外性交史 ,确诊为性病型Reiter综合征 1例。结论 :Reiter综合征临床表现多样 ,症状常先后发生 ,易误诊、漏诊 ,应引起临床医生的重视 ,此病预后良好。

Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics, laboratory data, screenage alteration, treatment and prognosis of Reiter's syndrome. Methods:Patients with Reiter's syndrome hospitalized in department of rheumatism were analysed. Results:Five cases were all male, aged from 26 to 34 years(mean 29.8 years old), including 1 cases of whole-type and 4 cases of non-whole-type. All case have had unprotected sex. 1 cases of them was diagnosed as venereal Reiter's syndrome. Conclusion:It was easy to be misdignosed, because the symptoms often appear successively, but the disease has a good prognosis.
