摘要 目的 :研究潜伏梅毒患者细胞免疫功能的变化。方法 :采用流式细胞仪分别检测 3 0例潜伏梅毒患者 (A组 )、3 0例二期梅毒患者 (B组 )外周血T淋巴细胞亚群 ,ELISA法分别检测A、B两组血清白细胞介素 -1 2 (IL -1 2 )水平。结果 :A、B两组外周血CD+ 4 T细胞数、CD4/CD8比值低于正常对照组 (P<0 0 1 ) ,A、B两组血清IL-1 2水平高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。A组外周血CD+ 4 T细胞数、CD4/CD8比值、血清IL -1 2水平低于B组 (P <0 0 1 )。A组外周血CD8+T细胞数高于B组 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :宿主感染梅毒螺旋体后 ,其细胞免疫功能受到抑制 ,且潜伏感染者较二期梅毒患者抑制现象更显著。 Objective:To study the changes of cellular immunity in patients with latent syphilis. Methods:T lymphocyte subgroups in peripheral blood were assessed with flow cytometry(FCM) and serum interleukin-12(IL-2) level was determined by ELISA in 30 latent and 30 secondary syphilis patients respectively. Results:The number of CD + 4T cell and the ratio of CD4/CD8 in patients with latent syphilis (group A) or secondary syphilis (group B) were lower than that in controls (P<0.01). The level of serum IL-12 was increased significantly in group A and B(P<0.01). The number of CD4+T cell, the ratio of CD4/CD8 and the level of serum IL-12 in group A were lower than that in group B(P<0.01), but the number of CD + 8 T cell in group A was higher than that in group B (P<0.01). Conclusion: There is a prominent suppression of cellular immunity in patients with latent syphilis than secondary syphilis.
