广东省2003年性病流行情况分析

Epidemiological Analysis of STDs in Guangdong Province in the Year of 2003

目的 :分析 2 0 0 3年广东省性病的流行情况 ,为开展性病防治工作流行提供科学依据。材料 :来自全省 2 1个地级市及其所属的 79个县 (市 )的性病防治机构每月上报的性病疫情数据。方法 :采用回顾性分析方法。结果 :2 0 0 3年全省上报性病病例 85 40 5例 ,较 2 0 0 2年下降 1 0 40 % ,年发病率为95 62 / 1 0万 ,较 2 0 0 2年下降 1 3 3 1 %。病种构成以非淋菌性尿道炎 (NGU)、尖锐湿疣和淋病为优势病种。性病在人群中的分布以 2 0岁～3 9岁性活跃人群居多 ,文化程度以高学历人群逐渐增多 ,男女比例为 1 2 5∶1 ,差距逐年减少 ,地区分布仍以沿海地区 (如广州、深圳、江门等市 )占多数 ,城市与山区的发病数差距在缩小。结论 :2 0 0 3年广东省性病发病人数首次出现下降 ,这是我省积极开展防治工作 ,在人群中开展宣传教育 ,推广使用安全套取得的明显效果。因此 ,今后应进一步在全社会开展性病的防治宣传教育 ,加强综合监测 ,才能更有效控制性病的蔓延。

Objective:To analyze the STDs epidemiological characteristics in Guangdong province and provide evidence for STDs prevention. Methods: The STDs data were collected from legal month reports of 21 cities and 78 counties of the whole province. Retrospective analysis was adopted in this investigation. Results: 85 405 STDs cases were reported in the whole province in the year of 2003, which decreased by 10.40 percent compared to the year of 2002, and the incidence rate was 95.62 per 100 000 , which decreased by 13.31 percent compared to the year of 2002. NGU,CA and syphilis were the top three diseases. The sex active population between 20 and 39 years old were the main population in the reported STDs cases. The incidence of STDs in the population of high education level showed an increasing trend. The ratio of male to female was 1.25∶1 and the distance between them was reduced year by year. The STDs cases in the areas inshore, such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Jiangmen were still in the majority of the STDs cases in Guangdong province. The distance between city and mountainous area were lessened. Conclusion: The STDs cases showed the first descending trend in the year of 2003. It maybe the outcome of STDs prevention, health education and condom widely used in population. Therefore health education and surveillance should be performed further to effectively control STDs spread.
