帕金森病患者高级神经功能障碍与P300变化的相关性研究

Correlation between high nerve dysfunction and P300 in patients with Parkinson' s disease

目的:探讨帕金森病患者高级神经功能障碍与事件相关电位(ERPs)间的相关性。方法:对26例帕金森病患者进行智商、记忆商、失认症及ERPs检查,并与31例年龄、性别和利手相匹配的正常人比较。结果:帕金森病患者的N2及P300波峰潜伏期(P3PL)较对照组显著延长(P<0.01),P300波幅为(5.36±3.37)μV,较对照组(8.53±4.26)μV显著降低,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);智商、记忆商与N2及P3PL呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论:ERPs检查与传统神经心理检查方法相结合,能较准确地观察帕金森病对高级神经功能的影响。

AIM:To study the correlations of high nerve dysfunction and event related potential(ERPs) in patients with Parkinson' s disease(PD). METHODS:Intelligence quotient(IQ),memory quotient(MQ),recognizition and ERPs of 26 patients with PD were examined,and compared with those of 31 normal patients mached with age,sex and handedness. RESULTS:The peak latencies(PL) of N2 and P3 of the PD patiens were significantly delayed(P< 0.01) and the amplitude of P3[(5.36±3.37) μV] was a significantly decreased(P< 0.05) as compared with that of control group[(5.36±3.37) μV].There was significant difference(P< 0.05).IQ and MQ had negative relation with the PL of N2 and P3. CONCLUSION:Combining ERPs and traditional neuropsy chogical examination,the effect of PD on the high nerve function can be identified exactly.
