面、听神经与中间神经及回返穿通动脉关系的解剖学研究 被引量:3

Anatomic study on the relationship of recurrent perforating artery and intermedius nerve with vestibulocochlear nerve and facial nerve

摘要 目的:提供有实用价值的小脑脑桥角手术的解剖学资料。方法:对20具甲醛固定的成人尸颅进行测量,观察了小脑脑桥角内回返穿通动脉与中间神经的位置关系。结果:回返穿通动脉出现率为100%,回返穿通动脉位于面神经、前庭蜗神经之间有32侧(80%),88%位于面听神经中外2/3,位于中间神经外侧的28侧(70%),中间神经内侧的4侧(12%)。结论:为小脑脑桥角手术中神经及血管的保护起指导意义。 AIM:To provide the useful anatomic data for the microvascular surgery on cerebellopontine angle. METHODS:The related positions between recurrent perforating artery and intermedius nerve in the cerebellopontine angle were examined with operating microscope in 20 adult head cadavers fixed with formalin. RESULTS:The recurrent perforating artery was identified in specimens(100%) of the 40 cerebellopontine angles.Thirty two recurrent perforating arteries(80%) precurrent perforating arteries passed between the facial nerve and the vestibulocochlear nerve.In the thirty two cerebellopontine angles,88%of recurrent perforating arteries were located in the external two third part of the facial nerve and vestibulocochlear nerve.Twenty eight recurrent perforating arteries(70%) were lateral to the intermedius nerves and four(12%) were medial. CONCLUSION:These data are helpful for the prevention of nerves and vessels in the surgery of cerebellopontine angle.
