士的宁背景下电针对大鼠不同脊髓节段甘氨酸含量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨循经感传形成过程中脊髓甘氨酸的作用。方法:将40只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组:空白组、假电针组、士的宁组、电针组、士的宁解溪组。采用柱前衍生-反相高效液相法,观察皮下注射甘氨酸受体拮抗剂士的宁后电针解溪穴,对大鼠不同脊髓节段甘氨酸含量的影响。结果:电针组电针后可显著减少颈犤(2.86±0.68)nmol/g犦、腰段犤(3.88±0.67)nmol/g犦脊髓的甘氨酸含量,与空白组甘氨酸(4.98±1.18),(5.12±0.70)nmol/g比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);胸段甘氨酸含量则有增加的趋势,但没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。电针的影响存在与士的宁某些相一致的效应;在士的宁提高脊髓兴奋性的背景下电针解溪穴,可显著减少颈、腰段脊髓甘氨酸的含量(P<0.05~0.01),值得注意的是,在胸段其影响与单纯注射士的宁或电针的效应相反。结论:士的宁背景下电针,可能通过阻断和/或干扰甘氨酸对脊髓的抑制作用而提高脊髓的兴奋性,并且不同的脊髓节段其机制可能不同。 AIM:To discuss the effect of the glycine content in spinal cord during the propagated sensation along meridian(PSM) shaping. METHODS:Forty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:blank group,sham electro acupuncture group,strychnine treated group,electroacupuncture group,and combination group(strychnine+electroacupuncture).The glycine contents in different spinal segments of rats were observed after subcutaneous injection of strychnine(an antagonist of the glycerin acceptor) and electroacupuncture at jiexi(St.41). RESULTS:The glycine contents in the cervical and lumbar segments of spina cord[(2.86±0.68) nmol/g,(3.88±0.67) nmol/g,respectively] in the electroacupuncture group was decreased obviously, which had significant difference with those in the blank group(P< 0.01).There was increasing trend in the glycine content of thoracic segment but without statistical significance(P >0.05).The effect of electroacupuncture was in accordance with that of strychnine injection.After strychnine was injected subcutaneously to increase the excitability of spinal cord followed by electroacupuncture at jiexi,the glycine contents in the cervical and lumbar segments of spinal cord were markedly decreased(P< 0.05-0.01),but it should be noticed that reverse effect was found in thoracic segment compared with those treated by strychnine hypodermic injection or electro acupuncture only. CONCLUSION:After strychnine is injected,electro acupuncture can raise the excitability of spinal cord by blocking and/or disturbing the inhibition of glycine.In different spinal segments,the mechanisms of electroacupuncture may be different.
