慢性丙型病毒性肝炎的规范化治疗

摘要 慢性丙型肝炎病毒感染可以导致肝组织慢性炎症坏死及纤维化,部分病人可发展为肝硬化甚至原发性肝细胞癌,不仅对患者的健康和生命危害极大,而且已成为严重的社会和公共卫生问题.在国家卫生部有关部门的领导和支持下,中华医学会肝病分会和传染病分会组织国内的有关专家根据循证医学的原则,参考国际上最新的丙型肝炎治疗指南和其他有关最新资料,制订了我国的慢性丙型病毒性肝炎(以下简称慢丙肝)防治指南.本文对我国丙型肝炎防治指南中有关治疗部分作一介绍.
