肝细胞肝癌Survivin与血管内皮生长因子表达相关性及其临床意义

Correlation between the expression of survivin and VEGF in HCC and the clinical significance

目的 探讨肝细胞肝癌 (HCC)Survivin与血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的表达相关性及其临床意义。方法 应用链霉抗生物素蛋白 过氧化物酶免疫组织化学 (SP)法检测 5 6例HCC中Survivin与VEGF的表达。结果 HCC中 3 4例Survivin表达阳性 ,阳性率为 60 .7%。 3 5例VEGF表达阳性 ,阳性率为 62 .5 %。HCC组织Survivin与VEGF的表达阳性率高于癌旁组织及正常肝组织 (P <0 .0 5 )。Survivin的表达与HCC肿瘤镜下门静脉癌栓发生密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。VEGF的表达与HCC肿瘤大小、肿瘤镜下门静脉癌栓发生以及肿瘤病理分期密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。相关性检验示Survivin与VEGF之间有相关性 (χ2 =4.491,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 HCC中Survivin、VEGF蛋白表达均上调 ,共同参与HCC发生和发展 ,VEGF与Survivin有协同表达关系。

Objective To study the clinical significance of survivin and VEGF in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods Expression of survivin and VEGF in 56 HCC patients were assessed by immunohistochemistry staining.Results Survivin and VEGF expression was detected in 34/56 (60.7%),35/56 (62.5%) respectively.The expression rate of survivin was higher in HCC group than that of the adjacent non tumorous liver and the normal liver groups ( P <0.05).There was no significant correlation between the expression of survivin in HCC and the tumor size,capsule status,cirrhosis,the classification of Child Paugh,TNM stage,except the portal vein tumor thrombus ( P <0.05).There was no significant correlation between the expression of VEGF and capsule status,the classification of Child Paugh,cirrhosis.However,the positive rate of VEGF was correlated significantly with tumor size,portal vein tumor thrombus and TNM stage ( P <0.05).There was a close correlation between the expression of survivin and VEGF,proved by the correlation test (χ 2=4.491, P <0.05).Conclusion Survivin and VEGF are over expressed in HCC tissues.The progression of HCC is related to the up regulation of expression of survivin and VEGF.The expression of survivin and VEGF has a close correlation.
