海马区神经发生研究进展(综述) 被引量:4

摘要 传统观点认为 ,中枢神经系统神经元缺乏再生能力 ,创伤和病理过程引发的神经元丢失无法逆转。成年哺乳动物脑内神经干细胞的发现 ,对上述观点是一极大挑战。海马齿状回部位终生保持了生成新神经元的所谓神经发生能力 (neurogenesis) ,在正常成年动物 ,每天有数以千计的新神经元形成。该文就齿状回神经发生的影响因素 ,及其与海马可塑性的关系做一简要综述。
