中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病45例临床观察

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine on 45 Patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy

目的 :观察中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病的疗效。方法 :89例扩张型心肌病患者随机分为治疗组 (西药加中药治疗 4 5例 )西药组 (单纯西药治疗 4 4例 ) ,西药组以血管紧张素转抑制剂 ,β受体阻滞剂 ,血管紧张素Ⅱ受体、拮抗剂、利尿剂、强心剂等为基本治疗方案 ,治疗组在同西药组治疗的基础上加服心肌活力饮加减方。结果 :治疗组较西药组总有效率提高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :心肌活力饮与西药联合应用 。

To observe the efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine on dilated cardiomyopathy.Method:Eighty nine patients with dilated cardiomyopathy were randomly classified into treatment gorup(45 cases,treated with western medicine and traditional medicine) and western medicine group(44 cases,treated only with western medicine).Patients in western medicine group were given standard therapy which included angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors,β receptor blockers,angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist,diuretics,and digitalis.While patients in treatment group were administrated standard therapy additional with Xinjihuoliyin decoction.Result:The total therapeutic efficency of treatment group was significantly higher than western medicine group.( P <0.05).Conclution:The combination Xinjihuoliyin with western medicine was an effective method on dilated cardiomyopathy.
