目的介绍重度脊柱侧凸Stagnara位投照方法的重要性及其意义。方法根据脊柱侧凸病人的不同弯度,采用不同角度和方位的投照方法,来取得主弯顶点部位顶椎(apexvertebra)椎体和椎弓根的真正前后位。结果用Stagnara位的投照方法,达到去旋转的目的,能照出主弯顶点的椎体和椎弓的真正前后位,用这种投照方法可以分清椎弓根和椎体是否有先天性异常存在。结论Stagnara位的投照方法,在诊断和治疗重度脊柱侧弯中意义重大,值得提出研究。

Objective To introduce the importance and significance of Stagnara projection for severe scoliosis.Methods According to different curve degree of patient with scoliosis to adopt the projection of different angle and position that achieved the real antero posterior radiograph of apex vertebral body and pedicle of main curvature top.Results Use of the Stagnara projection can attain the derotation and achieve the real antero posterior radiograph of apex vertebral body and pedicle of vertebral arch main curvature top. The vertebral body and pedicle of vertebral arch can be discerned whether or not having congenital deformities by this way.Conclusion Using the position of the Stagnara projection, it has an important significance in the diagnosis and treatment of severe scoliosis. It is worthy to research specially.
