几种金丝桃属药用植物的金丝桃苷含量测定

Determination of Hyperin in Genus Hypericum Medicinal Plants

目的 :比较金丝桃属药用植物中金丝桃苷含量 ,为筛选新的药用品种以及为定量评价提供参考依据。方法 :采用HPLC法测定金丝桃属 3组 5种 1亚种金丝桃苷的含量。结果 :金丝桃苷的进样量在 0 10 1～ 2 0 2 3μg范围内峰面积值与进样量之间线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 96 5 2 7%。贯叶连翘的含量最高 1 2 5 7% ,其次是川滇金丝桃 0 4 6 1% ,含量最低是元宝草 0 137%。结论 :本方法的稳定性和重现性较好 ,可作为药材的品质评价方法之一。贯叶连翘、川滇金丝桃等金丝桃属药用植物有进一步研究。

Objective:To compare the content of hyperin in Hypericum medicinal plants.Methods: HPLC method was established. Alltima C 18 radial compression column was used with a mobile phase of methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid (45∶55,adjusted to pH=3.0 with triethylamine).The detecting wavelength was 360nm.Flow rate was 0.8 ml/min,external standard method was quantitative analysis method.Results: The linear range was 0.101～2.023 μg. The average recovery was 96.527%.The result showed that the content of hyperin in H.perforatum, H.forrestii was higher than that of others (1.257% and 0.461% respectively).Conclusion: This method provides an accurate and sensitive way in detecting hyperin
