Studies on Chemical Constituents from Polygonum macrophyllum

摘要 从圆穗蓼全草的 70 %丙酮提取物中分得 6个化合物 ,确定结构分别为 ( ) 表儿茶素 5 0 β D 吡喃葡萄糖苷 (Ⅰ ) ,( + ) 儿茶素 7 0 β D 吡喃葡萄糖苷 (Ⅱ ) ,1 ( 3 0 β D 吡喃葡萄糖基 4 ,5 二羟基 苯基 ) 乙酮 (Ⅲ ) ,( ) 表儿茶素 (Ⅳ ) ,绿原酸 (Ⅴ ) ,没食子酸 (Ⅵ )。 Objective: To study the chemical structures from Polygonum macrophyllum D. Don. Methods: To isolate the constituents by reverse phase chromatography and characterize their structures by the analysis of chemical property and spectral data. Result: Six compounds were isolated from the 70% acetone extract from the complete herb of P. macrophyllum. Their structures were elucidated as(-)-epicatechin-5-0-β-D-glucopyranosied(Ⅰ),(+)-catechin-7-0-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ),1-(3-0-β-D-glucopyranosy1-4,5-dihydroxy-hpenyl)-ethanone(Ⅲ)(-)-epicatechin(Ⅳ), chlorogenic acid(Ⅴ)and gallic acid(Ⅵ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ~Ⅵ were isolated from the plant for the first time.
