放射治疗后诱发恶性肿瘤26例分析

26 cases of radiation induced malignant tumor

回顾性分析 2 0年放射治疗后诱发的 2 6例恶性肿患者临床资料 ,其中首发肿瘤包括食管癌 3例、鼻咽癌 13例、鼻腔癌 1例、宫颈癌 9例。放射源用60 Co及深部X射线。取用常规的分割照射 ,照射剂量为DT40～ 90Gy。 2 6例放射治疗后在 3～ 2 0年在原照射部位出现了继发恶性肿瘤 ,其中 3例食管癌继发了纵膈肿瘤。 13例鼻咽癌被继发硬腭鳞癌、扁桃体癌、软腭低分化腺癌。 1例鼻腔癌继发恶性坏死性肉芽肿 ,9例宫颈癌继发了膀胱癌、前列腺癌、直肠癌。

A retrospective Study was done on 26 cases of radiation induced malignancies of which the original cancers had been, as esophageal Carcinoma 3,cancer of the nasopharnx 13, mycteric cancer 1,cervical carcinoma 9.The initial radiotheraphy was 60 Co or deep X-ray, conventionally fractionated at dose of D T40-69 Gy.After 3-20years;of the initial radiatheraphy , 26 patients developed tumors within the portal .There were ,3 cases of cancer of mediastinal blader in the esophageal carcinom;squamous carcinoma of hard palate, carcinoma of the soft palate maxillary bone in the 13 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinomas;cancer of granuloma bone in the 1 cases of nasal cavity neoplasmsand bladder carcinoma, prostate carcinoma and large bowl cancer bone in the 9 cases of carcinoma of cervix.
