保留眶隔脂肪眼袋矫治术31例分析

The clinic analysis of 31 cases with lower blepharoplasty without resecting orbital septum fat

目的 探讨一种新的保留眶隔脂肪平复下睑眶缘凹陷的下眼袋整形术。方法 对31例眼袋伴下睑眶缘凹陷者 ,将疝出的脂肪回纳固定到眶下缘并进行眼轮匝肌缩短重塑术。结果 术后所有患者眼袋消失 ,无下睑外翻、下睑凹陷等并发症 ,随访1年以上 ,无1例复发。结论 眼轮匝肌缩短重塑保留眶隔脂肪去眼袋术 。

Objective To explore a newtechnique of lower blepharoplasty without resecting orbital septum fat. Methods 31patients were cured by returning the herniated fat to the orbitalcavjty and shortening the orbicular muscle. Results The postoperative results were satisfying in all except one case.All cases were followed-up1year and showed that there was neither complication such as overturned or sunken lower eyelid nor recurrence. Conclusion The operation which return the herniated fat is a kind of ideal technique to treat palpebral bags.
