广州市华乐街老年人社区卫生服务意向的研究

The study on community health service intent of senior citizens in Huale street, Guangzhou

目的了解老年人的社区卫生服务意向,更好地开展社区卫生服务。方法采用问卷法对广州市华乐街社区60岁及以上老年人进行入户调查。结果华乐街社区已进入老年化社区,居民自我保健意识较强。80岁以上老年人残疾率及日常生活活动能力失能率比其它年龄段高,P均<0.001,有显著性差异;不同文化程度老年人慢性病的患病率、对卫生服务的利用率,文化程度高者比文化程度低者高,P<0.05,有显著性差异。老年人就诊机构趋向高层次,到医院看病主要存在经济困难。结论社区卫生服务应尽快完善,针对目前老年人的需求和经济状况,优先发展老年人需要并且能接受的社区卫生服务。

Objective To understand the community health service intent of senior citizens and offer better community health service. Methods Senior citizens over 60 years old were investigated with questionnaire at their own homes. Results Huale community was becoming ageing community, and residents had strong health care consciousness. There was significant about senior citizens' (over 80 gears age)disability rate and disfunction in daily life (P<0.01). There was significant difference about chronic disease rate and utilization rate of health service among patients with different education background (P<0.05). Senior citizen tended to see a doctor in a higher level health institute and mainly suffered from economy problem when seeing a doctor. Conclusion Community health service should be perfected as soon as possible and those needed and accepted by senior citizens should be given priority, aiming at the senior citizens' need and economic situation.
