对护理定义的再认识

The new cognition of nursing's definition

为了使当前护理改革走出瓶颈状态,将整体护理的理念落到实处,运用研究分析和对比的方法,分析了国内引用的ANA关于护理的定义,提出该定义没有明确反映护理的独特内涵、没有完整体现我国护士的职责以及由此带来的护理改革中一系列问题。建议针对“护理是什么”,一方面采百家之长,多方位去认识和理解;另一方面,重新界定出符合我国护理实情,反映未来发展前景的护理定义。

In order to pull the nursing reform out of bottle-neck situation and realize the holistic nursing conception, the author analyzed nursing's definition in ANA cited domestically by applying the methods of investigation, analysis and comparison and argued that definition didn't reflect the unique connotation of nursing, did not fully showed our country's nurses responsibility thus leading to a series of problems in nursing reform. The author suggested, aiming at 'what is nursing?', on one hand to understand and cognize from different perspective by adopting others' advantage and on the other hand, to give a new definition conforming to our country's real situation and reflecting future prospect.
