计算机摄影与屏/胶系统在乳腺疾病诊断中的对比研究

VALUE OF COMPUTED RADIOGRAPHY IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF BREAST DISEASES

目的比较计算机摄影 (computedradiography ,CR)与屏 /胶系统在乳腺疾病诊断中的优缺点。 方法采用芬兰高频钼靶乳腺机、AgfaADCCR系统和屏 /胶系统对 2 0 0例乳腺疾病患者进行同时检查 ,并对照片进行分析研究。结果CR与屏 /胶系统比较 ,患者接受的辐射明显减少。乳腺肿块显示无明显差异 ,局部结构紊乱、皮肤增厚显示率明显提高 ,微钙化显示率略有减低。结论CR在乳腺疾病诊断中优于传统屏

ObjectiveTo compare the advantage and disadvantage of computed radiography(CR) system and screen/film system.Methods200 patients with breast disease were examed using CR system and screen/film system stimutaneously and the results of mammography were analysed.ResultsThe dose of radiation using CR system decreased markly than screen/film system,the showing of breast mass had no difference between screen/film system and CR system, the showing of construct disorder,thinking of skin in CR system were markly better than that in screen/film system,positive rate of micro calcification in CR system was slightly lower than that in screen/film system.ConclusionCR system is better than screen/film system in the diagnosis of breast diseases.
