1991～2000年某铁路分局职业伤害调查分析

Investigation of Occupational Injuries in a Railway Subbureau from 1991 - 2000

目的研究某铁路分局职业伤害的发生特点、分布、主要原因及发生趋势。方法对某铁路分局1991年1月至2000年12月间发生的职业伤害进行回顾性调查分析。结果职业伤害粗发生率为37.71/10万,致死职业伤害粗发生率为11.37/10万。职业伤害以车辆伤害(43.94％)和高处坠落(13.64％)为主,而违章操作(36.96％)是其主要原因。结论应从生产安全教育和管理着手,采取切实可行的措施控制职业伤害的发生。

Objective To clarify the characteristics, distribution, main causes and trend of occupational injuries in a railway subbureau. Methods To carry out retrospective epidemiological investigation on occupational injuries occurred in the railway subbureau during Jan. 1991 to Dec. 2002. Results The crude incidence of occupational injuries was 37.71/105 during the period. And the crude mortality rate of occupational injuries was 11.37/105.The major types of the accidents were vehicle injuries (43.94%) and falls(13.64%).The main cause of the accidents was violation of operating regulations (36.96%). Conclusions To reduce incidence of the occupational injuries, preventive measures should be focused on work safety management and education.
