The assessment on Control Effects of Occupational Disease Hazards for GMP Reforming Project in A Pharmaceutical Factor

目的对建设项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,确定建设项目建成投产后存在的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度,评价相应防护措施的运行效果。方法采用检查表法和定量分级法相结合的原则进行综合评价。结果该建设项目存在的主要职业病危害因素为药物粉尘、噪声和高温。结舱其采取的职业病危害防护设施的控制效果基本符合国家职业卫生标准和要求。

Objectives Identify the potential risk factors of occupational hazards when a construction project is completed and put into production, analyze the extent of the hazards, and evaluate the operational effects of corresponding prevention facilities of the hazards. Methods A combination between table checking and quantitative grading was applied to the comprehensive assessment. Results Major risk factors of occupational hazards in this production include drug dusts, noise and heat stress. Conclusion The preventive measures and control effects of occupational risks were found to basically comply with national occupational hygiene standards and requirements.
