摘要
基于CCD的非接触式测温技术是高温检测的重要方法,减少其测温误差有重要意义。在介绍CCD测温原理的基础上,指出被测物体的灰度变化和CCD响应波长带宽是CCD比色测温的主要误差来源;提出为减少灰度变化带来的测温误差,可以采用CCD三色测温方法;为减少CCD响应波长带宽等因素带来的测温误差,可以把这些因素对测温精度的影响归结到三色测温公式的K值中,再利用标定实验数据对K值进行插值修正;给出了对K值进行插值 修正的三色测温方法。理论分析指出,插值修正的CCD三 色测温方法能有效减少测温误差。
The technology of contactless temperature measurement based on CCD is an important method for high temperature measurement. It is important to reduce the measurement error effectively. In this paper, the method of contactless temperature measurement based on colorized CCD is introduced. The change in radiance of a radiator to be measured and the response wave band of CCD are main sources of the measurement error for this method. In order to reduce the error by the change in radiance, the method of the three-color temperature measurement based on CCD is applied. In order to reduce the error by the response wave band of CCD, which is included in the K parameter in the equation of the three-color temperature measurement, the K parameter is revised by using calibration experiment data with the interpolation method. Thus the revised algorithm of the three-color temperature measurement is given. Theoretical analysis indicated that using the revised three-color temperature measurement method based on CCD could effectively decrease the temperature measurement error.
