摘要
绥中电厂引进的800MW锅炉机组燃烧稳定性是通过调整中心风量和二次风叶片角度得到的。文中介绍用热线风速仪对该燃烧器模型在各工况下的空气动力场进行测试的结果,确定合理的中心风量应为二次风量的5%~6%、二次风叶片调整角度应为30°~40°。通过试验研究中心风、二次风调整对流场影响的规律,并对单台燃烧器所形成的空气动力场进行数值仿真,经比较,仿真结果和测试结果基本吻合。可为国内高参数大容量锅炉燃烧器的设计、运行、改造提供参考。
The combustion stability of an imported 800MW boiler in Suizhong Power Plant is controlled by its central air quantity and the vane angle of second air. The tests on air dynamical field of this burner model are proceeded by a heat thread anemoscope under various conditions, and resulting in that the ratio of central air to second air is about 5%-6% ,and the vane angle of second air is about 30°-40°,That ensures that the burning process be safe, economic and steady. How the relation caused by the adjustment of central air and second air affect the flow field is also studied. A numerical simulation on the air dynamical field of single burner is proceeded, and resulting in a coincidence with the test results, that provides a standard for design, operation and reconstruction of a high parameter and huge capacity boiler in China.
