摘要
电容层析成像技术(ECT)具有结构简单,非侵入测量,可在线成像等优点。文中介绍了其测量原理和一些重构图象的算法,并引入广义矢量模式匹配法(GVSPM)和改进的伪逆法求解ECT逆问题。通过对比LBP、改进的伪逆法和GVSPM在静态的套管试验及动态的气固流动测量中重构出的图像,表明GVSPM方法提高了空间分辨率,对流动区域中心介电常数的变化成像清晰,减少了线性反投影算法因为软场效应造成的成像中气固分界上的“绒毛”现象。
Electrical capacitance tomography has many merits such as simple, non-intrusive and on-line. The principle of the measurement and image reconstruction methods are introduced. GVSPM, an alternative mathematic algorithm, can be used in solving ECT's inverse problem. Comparisons of static measurement of sleeving and dynamic measurement of layer flow, GVSPM is superior to LBP, Moore-Penrose inverse combined with TSVD method in space resolution, which makes the image in the central area much clearer and lessen the 'fur' phenomenon from the 'soft field effect' on the gas-solid interfaces.
