摘要
用扫描电镜立体观察的方法,对前红松Pinus prokoraiensis茎材进行不同切面的观察。清楚地看到了:在它的年轮晚材中,管胞螺纹加厚的立体结构。为前红松新种的发现及其解剖学研究提供了有力的证据和研究方法。
The method of scanning electron micrographs has been used in the observation of the wood of Pinus proko-raiensis. On the internal wall surface of the pitted tracheids, the spiral thickening has been observed. Soma-times the stereo structure of the spiral thickenings are very obvious. The stereo observation of scanning electron micrograph has given eloquent proof of the new species discovery is true. The method of stereo observation is very convenient, fast and dependable for US tO observe the structure of wood specimens.
