摘要
本研究用生物测定和电镜检验的方法,探讨香蕉簇矮病害的介体昆虫。试验结果表明:香蕉冠网蝽在病株上获毒饲育3~5天后,就能把病原传给健康植株,传毒饲育约5~7天,循回期约4~12天,潜育期约34~120天。解剖在病株上取食的介体昆虫的唾腺,可观察到典型的大量的不规则的MLO,与病株叶脉维管束韧皮部筛管细胞内看到的病原是相同的。因此,可以证明香蕉冠网蝽是香蕉簇矮病害的媒介昆虫。
The vecter of Banana Rosette Dwarf Disease was studied by means of biological tests and the examination under electron microscope. The results of our experiments showed that adults of Stephanitis typicus Distant af-ter feeding on the disease plants for 3-5 days and then transferred pathogen to the healthy ones could transmit the disease. The infection period was 5-7 days and the latent period was 4-12 days. Enormous masses of MLO were observed in the salivary giants of S. typicus which had feeding on the in-fected plants unter E. M. The pathogen was similer to that found in the sieve tubes of leaf vein of diseased plants. Thus further evidence was obtained proving that S. typicus is the veeter of Banana Rosetter Dwarf Dis-ease in Guangdong.
