应用气孔性状建立线性函数判别葡萄的染色体倍性

Establishment of discriminant function with stomatal characters for the recognition of the grape chromosome ploidy

通过测定葡萄不同倍性试管苗和田间苗叶片气孔指数及叶绿素含量,依据Fisher准则建立线性判别函数,判别分析了试管苗和田间苗气孔长度、宽度、密度、叶绿素含量四个性状值与染色体倍性的关系。结果表明,利用不同倍性葡萄四个性状值建立的线性函数综合判别指标,判别分析葡萄的染色体倍性可靠性极高。

Stomatal indexes and chlorophyll content of grape leaves cultured in vitro and field were determined. Accordingto Fisher?rule, the discriminant function was set up. The relation between four characters (stomatal length, breadth, density,chlorophyll content) and chromosome ploidy was analyzed by the function. The results show that it was very reliable for usingthe function to analyze the above-mentioned four characters and identify the grape chromosome ploidy.
