镧在植物体中能谱分析和超微结构定位 被引量:14

摘要 本文用电子显微镜和能谱相结合的方法研究了稀土镧在整体植物中的进入、运转和定位。表明从根进入的镧多数累积在根尖中,只有少量被运转、分散到其它组织,叶中仅检测到痕迹。透射电镜观察表明,镧不能进入胞质,只累积在细胞壁、细胞间隙中,表明我们所采用技术路线的可行性,证实植物体中“质外体”系统的存在和连续。 The enter,transportation and location of lanthanum were studied by means of electron microscopy and X- Ray energy dispersive sectrum in intact plant in this paper.It was shown that the most of lanthanum entered from root and accumleted in root tip,and small part were transported and spreaded into other organs.Its trace were determined in leaves.Transmission electron microscopic observation showed that lanthanum could not en- ter into cytoplasm,but accumleted in cell wall and space.It was shown that our technical route was feasible,and that the“apoplastie system”was existed and continued in plant.
