The Analysis of Activated Stains Existing on Films by SEM and EDS and IPS

感光胶片上的固有疵点造成影像的缺陷。本工作利用SEM、EDS和IPS分析了疵点的形貌和元素分布,从而找到了产生疵点的根源,为改进胶片质量提供了依据。

The intrinsical stains existing on film would create defects of photograpic plate.This paper describe that we analysed micrograph and elemental maps of the stain by SEM and EDS and IPS,thus we found reasons of creat- ed the stains.It affords us useful scientific basis for improved quality of films.
