控轧控冷中硬线组织和性能的预报模型

摘要 在对唐钢高速线材厂斯太尔摩冷却系统进行分析的基础上,建立了硬线在控轧控冷中组织转变和力学性能的预报模型。该模型的预报结果和实测结果比较吻合。该预报模型可为控轧控冷工艺制度的制定和发展控制冷却的计算机仿真提供理论依据。 The paper analysed stelmor cooling system of High Speed Rod Wire Factory of Tangshan I $ S Corp. A prediction model for microstructures and properties of high wire rods during controlled rolling and cooling process is showed. The calculated results are in reasonable agreement with the measured ones obtained in controlled rolling and controlled cooling experiment by the study model. It can be used as theory base for establishing technological rules and computer simulation for process controlled rolling and cooling.
