摘要
简要介绍了唐钢电炉袋式除尘器的结构,分析了变频调速的原理及可行性。提出了为节约电能,提高除尘效果,混风降温、喷雾降温的自组织微分先行PID控制思想及策略。
In this paper, the structure of the electric-arc furnace bag dust collector in Tan Shan Iron and Steel Company is introduced. The paper discusses the principle and feasibility of frequency conversion speed regulation. The control method of self-organized and differential front PID has the advantages of saving electir energy, the effect of dust collecting, wind mixing and spraying for temperature reducing.
