摘要
对金陵热电厂16个脱硫灰样品的有毒、有害元素含量进行了分析测定,参照国家有关标准,对其使用安全性进行了评价;并通过分析计算得出了脱硫灰安全应用到农业和建材行业的最大掺量,结果表明金陵热电厂的脱硫灰如用于改良农田,其最大掺量不超过10 135 kg/亩时,施灰土壤中的有毒、有害元素含量将在国标允许的范围内;脱硫灰应用到建材行业,在其掺量不超过总量的88%时,建材制品的放射性也是符合国家标准的。
The contents of poisonous and harmful elements of 16 samples of desulfurized ash drained off by the Jin-ling Power Plant in Nanjing were measured and analyzed systematically. The security of comprehensive utilization of this kind of fly ash was evaluated according to the national standard concerned. The maximum safe adding contents of the desulfurized fly ash in soil and architectural products were calculated and the security was also evaluated. The results show that the contents of poisonous and harmful elements of the soil ameliorated with fly ash are within the range of concerned national standard when the contents of the desulfurized fly ash adding to soil are less than 676kg/hc. While the radioactivities of the architectural products which contain the desulfurized fly ash are lower than the levels stipulated by the national standards concerned as the contents of the desulfurized fly ash in these products are lower than 88%.
