儿童腹型癫痫64例的临床与脑电图分析

An analysis of the clinic and EEG of abdominal-epilepsy for children

目的:探讨儿童腹型癫痫的临床、疗效、与脑电图的相关因素。方法:对64例临床诊断为本症的脑电图、临床特点及治疗情况 进行分析。结果:64例脑电图中,异常53例(82.8%)。经治疗观察,治愈达41例(64.06%),有效20例(31.25%),无效3例(4.68%)。结 论:脑电图检查对儿童腹型癫痫的诊断,鉴别诊断及疗效评估具有重要的临床意义。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the clinical efficacy and EEG of the children Abdominal epilepsy.Methods:64patients with that disease were analyzed their clinical characteristic,treatment and EEG.Results:53(82.8%)paˉtients'EEGs were abnormal.After treatment,41(64.06%)patients were cured,20(31.25%)patients were effective and3(4.68%)patients were ineffective.Conclusions:EEG is important in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the Children Abdominal epilepsy,especially in the evaluation of therapeutic efficacy.
